The details of this warranty are set out in the Warranty Terms & Conditions which you can download below. These supplement the Kitchen LAB Terms & Conditions of Sale. Our warranty is given in addition to your rights under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia
Once your kitchen units have been delivered, you will have up to 72 hours to claim for any missing items or damaged items. Outside of these timeframes, you will be covered by your guarantee for any quality control issues.
It is essential that the customer sends through pictures, clearing showing any faults. This will then allow our team to quickly and easily recognise any problems, and establish a suitable solution.
